This has been a summer of progress for us. Especially the house and garden. The sunflowers are just starting to peek out. Showing a glimpse of their future glory. Kind of like our new addition. We had a long planning committe meeting last night in which we discussed floors, paint colors, light fixtures, everything! Oh my, its real. We are going to have a new bedroom and bathroom. For us. New. Did I mention that it will be a bedroom just for us? We haven't had that since 1999.
These guys are coming along, too. The twins have already pupated and another sibling is setting up shop right next door. I'm afraid we'll be at the lake when they are emerging. It generally takes about 10-14 days before the butterfly comes out. Oh well.
