Mae and I also made a door chime (?) by stringing a bunch of the large metal buttons from Grandma Elizabeth. It sounds great every time we open and close the door. It looks pretty cool, too.

Work in progress::
For some reason, it seems that all of the different yarn I have in my stash have decided that they want to be made into something. But this yarn was not from my stash. I just bought it. I love to buy yarn. This is a pretty nice cotton yarn (50% cotton/50% acrylic) and it comes in really great colors. This is the first sleeve. The back and front are already done!
I'm also working on a crocheted bag (that I don't really like), a crochet pillow case (that I love), a knit scarf/wrap thing (that I just started last night and I'm not sure if I like it or not), and a crochet snowflake (that I know I will like when it is finished). Phew. A lot of yarn projects. (please note the amazing floor under the sweater :: its our new bedroom!!!)
