He shared the role of the caterpillar. Aren't the costumes and set amazing?!
Everyone did a fabulous job. Lines were remembered and spoken clearly for the most part. The singing was enthusiastic and joyful.
It appeared that every single child was enjoying him or herself throughout the entire play.
These events give me goosebumps and warm-fuzzies at the same time.
And of course there was a bake sale.

Wendy, I am curious about the lemon cookies. So, WHICH lemon cookies? I have a bunch of old Cooks Illustrated kicking around, but couldn't find any lemon cookies. Did you get the recipe online? or, from an old issue, and, if so, which one... Thanks.
The recipe was from this year's Holiday Baking issue. I couldn't find the recipe on their website.I can post it here if you can't find it. Let me know.
