This knitting project was really fun, and easy! Tons and tons of people have made this exact scarf. However, the yarn is so unique that every scarf is unique too. 
I followed the basic pattern of 39 stitches, k1p1 on size 7 needles using Noro Silk Garden (colors 252 and 241). You switch skeins every 2 rows to get this amazing graduated rainbow effect.
I think striped (or otherwise multi-colored) yarns are becoming my favorite things to knit with. After every stripe I couldn't wait to see what color combination was coming next so I never put the project down. You can view a whole lot more scarves here.
