Farms, Playgrounds and Wii

This weekend my friend Ellen and her son Taylor came for a visit from Texas. We had a really fun weekend catching up and playing with the kids. On Friday we went to a place just outside of Longmont called Sunflower Farm. The kids could feed the animals, climb in a tree house, swing on the tire swings, walk in the hay bale maze, play in the sand and Tilly's favorite, ride the zip line.
The next day we spent some time at the Elephant Playground until the cold front moved in and the snow began to fall.Guess who got a Wii? Wii did (hahahahaha). Uncle Christian had one and he wasn't using it so the last time Chance went up to Seattle he brought it home with him. Today was the first time we played with it. We have a car racing game called Mariokart. It was so fun, everyone played, even Tilly.

Please don't tell Henry or Mae that you have a Wii. Especially the car racing game part. Now we really are the only family in the whole world without a video game system.
