Easter

Easter was a pretty mellow affair this year. We decorated eggs the night before and then hunted for them in the backyard on Easter. Even the amount of chocolate was mellow. Weird. I guess the kids are truly getting older.
Happy decorators!
We found this sweater in the school lost and found (shh, don't tell anyone) and then I sewed on the balloons. I like the way it turned out except red and purple are in Lu's armpits (see below).
I've been feeling crafty lately but I don't really have anything to show for it except this sweater. Perhaps I haven't been taking enough pictures of finished products. A few months ago I counted eight different knitting projects in the living room alone and now there are only five. Hmmmmm......
This bike was a birthday present courtesy of the dump and Henry's expert fixing up. Isn't it just perfect for her?

Can you tell we've been enjoying some warm weather??!!

I'm so jealous of your warm weather. The kids look great and I love the sweater. You guys are the best recyclers I know!! (including the gorgeous bike). I love that Henry fixed it.

awesome bike. Time to lose the training wheels.

About those training wheels, I know she has relatives who stopped using theirs at age 3 or even 2, but those kids actually rode their bikes. She doesn't, she does arabesques instead.
