The beginning of August brought another running relay for me and my friends. This was our 4th (I think final) Ragnar Relay. The younger two girls spent the weekend in Frisco with grandma Cindy and Grandpa Bart while Isa stayed in Louisville with various people so she could go to her friend Bat Mitzvah.
This was at the end of my first leg, 7.5 miles through the town Vail.
This was during my last leg, 3.5 miles uphill at 8500 feet elevation.
