Remember hook rugs? I do. And doing this one with Mae was tons of fun. The yarn was so soft and the pattern stayed interesting because of the many colors.
I crocheted this little ball and then we used the leftover hook rug yarn to make the pom-pom hair. Mae sewed the hair on and then sewed the face. She's crafty! Bo-toe is his name (-oh).
Tomatoes, zucchini and basil from the garden, (cheese, dough and sauce from
Trader Joe's)! Yee-ha. I'm finding it hard to eat all my harvest, so the folks at preschool, camp and work are benefiting from the produce surplus.
