It has finally cooled down here. We've had a solid week of low 50's at night and fog during the day. So cool that it has forced me to bake. Forced I tell you! Not that I ever stopped baking, but now it serves two purposes. Yummy food AND heating the house (our furnace is not working right now and it is a chilly 64 in the house).
Tonight was a cheesy broccoli soup with biscuits (heart shaped for extra warmth). Deelish.Extra bonus: no one protested when it was time to do homework. Can't beat that.
