We made sushi last weekend and it was good. It was entirely Mae's idea because she loves a good california roll! Or four!
So we assembled all the ingredients, fake crab and all.
She set the table using our neighbor's best sushi ensemble.
And we sat down and ate. The sushi chef (me) could not keep up with the eaters.
We did rice on the outside and rice on the inside.

Right this minute, Mae is out to birthday dinner (sushi, of course) with Grandpa Bart (happy birthday Bart!) and Grandma Cindy. IN ARIZONA! Where she has been for 7 days. We miss you Mae, can't wait to see you tomorrow and hear all about your trip.
