Playing catch-up again

Again, I haven't posted in a while and we've been up to a lot. Just after Memorial Day weekend my friend from college, Kristina (Dzelme) Jegers came to visit with her family. She was out in Denver for a family graduation and was able to spend 2 nights with us. The kids had a blast playing together and it was so great to catch up with an old friend.
Last week Isabel and I went to the Museum of Nature and Science in Denver and saw The Body Worlds exhibit. It was pretty neat to see what our insides look like. But it was even more fun to spend a day alone with Isabel. We took some time to walk around the museum, we saw an Imax movie about Arabia and went out to lunch at My Brother's Bar (good burger joint in Denver).
This past weekend Liz (Grandpa Ray's fiance) was in Denver for a horse show. You know how our girls are with horses, if there is one within a 50 mile radius we can go see, we will. So we headed down to the stock show grounds on Saturday morning and walked around looking at horses and watching a few Western classes show (I'm not sure what that means but it sounds right).
The following week was hair cut week. The girls had been asking me if they could get their hair cut short...who am I to complain, less brushing! So here is the end result of that. Josie's is the most dramatic change I think. But they all look great.
Tilly and her friend Maggie at the Denver Zoo this past week. They had a blast. They got to ride the train, go on the carousel and get ice cream. Does it get any better than that? I didn't think so.
Finally, it is soccer camp week here in Colorado. The girls are going to the CU camp and loving every minute of it. They come home exhausted every day and are having a blast. Here they are the morning of picture day. Tilly isn't in camp but she dressed up in CU gear none the less. She is actually going to hang out at camp for a little while Friday morning...perhaps there will be more soccer pictures to come!
