April 15th

Nope, I didn't play softball (or baseball or pay taxes) on my birthday but there were 7 games played (and watched) over the course of the weekend, 2 on my actual special day. Above is Mae. She catches for a few innings each game.

This was taken at a barn over in Santa Ynez where we spent some of my birthday day (before games). We played hookie so Lucy could ride a horse, Henry could play with a cement truck and Mae could swing (but I don't have picture of that). Totally worth it! It was so warm and beautiful.

This was Saturday night, after a seafood feast. Banana Cream Pie, known as BCP around here.
It was an awesome birthday weekend. We even went out to dinner on Sunday night after baseball and I had my favorite mushroom enchiladas from the Brewhouse. Three delicious dinners in a row!
