This isn't the prettiest dessert I've ever made, but it sure tasted good. This whoopie pie recipe is from Martha Stewart's Cookie Book. Chocolate cookie/cake exterior with a sweet peanut butter filling. These will get made again.

That is Henry's Junior Foresters uniform in the background. He played baseball on a team coached by a few of the Foresters coaches during the winter. He's ready for the real season to begin. Opening day is March 10th!

Mae's softball opening day is March 3rd.
