It has been really cold here the past few weeks. I mean really cold, 3 degrees on my drive to work in the morning with a high of 18. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. But this weekend was lovely. As one of our neighbors said, "it felt like a day at the beach." We made the most of it. I think we were outside from 9:45am-5:00pm on Sunday. There was bike riding, trampoline jumping (Santa brought our neighbors a tramp), picnicing outside, baseball playing, bubble blowing, snow shoveling (in t-shirts and flip flops) and just general merriment.

You had a much nicer weekend of weather than we did! Looks like you had a blast. I love those kind of days. Altho, knowing that you don't even have to get dressed because there is no way in heck you're going outside is kind of nice too.
okay. Who got a trampoline?? I am really curious. I know it isn't the Marcums, since Laurie is adamantly opposed to them, for insurance reasons, or something like that.
you are absolutely right about the marcums...but right next door...the mazurs are jumping away. it is lots of fun.
Fun. I know, I always kind of wanted to get a tramp for our yard. I love jumping. But, way too scared of Laurie to actually do it!!
I wonder how she's dealing.... Between the van Laanen's and the Mazur's, she's now really cornered...
Raining here today. Yuck. We won't get to x-c ski after school, which is our usual Wed afternoon activity. Bummer.
