This isn't a Halloween picture. In fact, it is the night before Halloween and I have no idea what Henry or Mae are planning to wear. Neither do they. Lucy is going to be a princess-fairy-ballerina, of course.
This picture was taken last Friday morning. It was crazy hair day. The color came from food coloring.
Mae wasn't so crazy, but she did wear braids. BRAIDS! to school! We added a bit of purple (also food coloring) to her hair that looked lovely in the light. Subtle, but lovely.
The garland that used to hold flowers and suns in a different season is now covered with leaves, ghosts, bats and sparkly spider webs.
Even pink sparkly spider webs.
Not very scary, but pretty cool.
