Field Trips, Horses, Soccer and Halloween Parade

Tilly's Pre-School class took a field trip to Cottonwood Farms. It was really cute. They got to pet some animals, see some farm equipment and take home a mini-pumpkin.

Izzy's latest riding lesson. She jumped a horizontal (I think that's what it's called).

Josie's class took a trip to downtown Louisville to check out the Louisville Historical Museum.
Last weekend was Josie's last weekend of soccer for the fall season.

A little pumpkin carving.
We had to get our family room Mudjacked. Josie was able to write her spelling words in chalk inside the house...what fun!
Every year Louisville Elementary school does a walking parade through downtown Louisville (see past years here and here and here). The local merchants hand out candy to all the kids as they walk by in their costumes. It is such a great event.
One of my friends kid's dressed as Frenchie from Grease...we had matching hair!
Josie a soldier girl and her friend Ellie the American Flag.
Tilly as a Geisha Girl (recognize that costume?) and our neighbor Maeve at the Halloween Parade.

Yay, I'm glad you posted. I can't seem to find time to even take a picture. Hopefully next week. How is Tilly's nose?

It's ok. Not broken and it actually didn't bruise as much as I thought it would. It's still pretty sore to touch though. Oh well.

Seems strange, but it's called a vertical - even though it goes across. Greeting from Hawaii - will post tonight.
