Let's Go On With The Show!

Last week was the 2nd/3rd grade performance of Mr. Popper's Penguins. Lucy played the part of an announcer ( this part was not in the 2011 movie). The rehearsals were chaotic and hilarious, however, the final production was Top of the Heap, King of the Hill (they sang New York, New York!).
The stage is a comfortable place for Lucy, she was not shy about singing, dancing or acting. In fact, she loved it all.
Other songs included There's No Business Like Show Business, Chicago Chicago, and I've Got Rhythm. A pretty terrific score if I do say so myself.

That top picture of Lucy looks like she is on Broadway. I just hope she remembers her long lost aunt from Colorado when she gets big and famous.

Hahahahaha - the top picture says it all! That's a peek into the future I think. It will be fun to visit Lucy when she's a Broadway babe.
